What we can do and What we will not do!

What we will not do

1. We never and will not ask for any upfront fees from you. You are already in a financial hardship, how can you afford to give additional funds to someone? If anyone you work with does this sort of thing, consider other options.
2. Do not deed your property to another individual or third party! Once you do this, you technically give up control of your house. Seek or consider seeking legal counsel before taking this step.
3. We will never lie or misrepresent facts to a mortgage lender to save your house.
4. We will not buy your property and then turn around and take whatever equity you may have in your house.

Here is what we can and will do

1. Put your interests first.
2. We will listen to you and understand how to best help you.
3. We can and do put together the most capable Short Sale file/package to submit to your lender.
